- Your order will be packed by our staff at RED Shop.
- Ninja Van fulfils the delivery for your order.
- Ninja Van will be in touch with you regarding the delivery.
- Your delivery will take between 3-5 business days.
Self-Collection
Your order will be processed and ready for collection within 3 business days. An email notification will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.

Customised Orders / Team Purchases (Bulk Orders)
To customise your stick purchase, please indicate your request on the remarks, and expect an additional 1 business day for it to be ready.

Orders are available for self-collection on business days only.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, 2pm - 6pm.
*Every 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month: 2PM - 8:30PM
*Sunday: Closed
International Orders (Outside Singapore)
Payment
- International orders are shipped via third‑party international courier services.
- Delivery timelines vary depending on destination, courier, and customs clearance, and are provided as an estimate only.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
- International orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return, except as expressly stated under our Returns, Exchange & Warranty policy.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted destinations.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with local import regulations and requirements.
- We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from customs clearance or inaccurate delivery information.
