1. What are your operating hours?
Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 2–6pm.
Every 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month: 2-8:30pm.

3. Do I need to book an appointment before visiting?
No. Feel free to walk in anytime during our operating hours.

1. What brands of floorball equipment do you carry?
We currently carry Oxdog, Fat Pipe, Unihoc, Zone, and Blindsave.
2. Do you sell shaft only?
Yes, we currently carry shaft-only options for Fat Pipe. Availability may vary, so do check with our crew in-store or online.
3. Do you sell gift vouchers or e-gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers/e-gift cards. They can be purchased in-store or online and make a great option if you’re unsure what to buy.
4. Do you provide school, team, or club bulk orders/discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk orders and special rates for schools, teams, and clubs. Please email us at shop@bycoldcut.com for more information.

Finding the right stick depends on a few factors. Drop by our store and our crew will help you choose and let you test it out.
2. What stick length/flex should I get?
Stick length and flex depend on factors like your height and playing style. Visit our store for a recommendation and try it in our test zone.
3. I’m new to floorball, which stick should I start with?
The right beginner stick varies for each player. Come down to our store for guidance and test one out in our try-out zone.
Orders & Delivery

1. Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We’ll do our best to assist if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped.
Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been processed and shipped.
2. Do you offer delivery in Singapore?
Yes, we offer delivery in Singapore.
3. How long does shipping take?
For local delivery, shipping usually takes about 1-3 working days once your order has been processed.
4. Can I self-collect my order?
Yes, self-collection is available.
Order processing takes around 1-3 working days.
You will receive a pick-up notification when your order is ready for collection.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping fees for international shipments depends on the country. Shipping fees will appear at checkout.
6. What happens if my order is out of stock after purchase?
If an item is out of stock after your purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange, or backorder, depending on availability.

In-Store Services

1. Do you offer stick cutting?
Stick cutting is available. It’s free if you buy a stick on the spot, $15 with a minimum $20 store purchase or for sticks bought from us previously (proof of purchase required), and $20 if the stick wasn’t purchased from us.
2. Do you offer blade changing?
Yes, we offer blade changing. It’s free with blades purchased on the spot, or $10 if the blade was not purchased from us.
3. Can you help me to re-grip?
Yes. Re-gripping is free for grips purchased in-store, or $7 for grips bought elsewhere.
4. Can I test sticks before buying?
Yes! We have tester sticks for each model available in our in-store try-out zone for you to try before making your purchase.
