Delivery via Ninjavan
Delivery – Terms and Conditions
1. Your order will be packed by our staff at RED Shop.
2. Ninja Van fulfils the delivery for your order.
3. Ninja Van will be in touch with you regarding the delivery.
4. Your delivery will take between 3-5 business days.
Self-Collection

Store Opening Hours
Orders are available for self-collection on business days only.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, 2pm - 6pm, excluding national holidays in Singapore.
Order Pick-up in-store
Standard Orders
Your order will be processed up to 1 business day to be ready for self-collection at RED Shop.
For orders submitted before 3pm, processing day will be on same business day.
For orders submitted after 3pm, processing day will be on next business day.
Customized Orders / Team Purchases (Bulk Orders)
To customise your stick purchase, please indicate your request on the remarks, and expect an additional 1 business day for it to be ready.
